pinasph Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to pinasph. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and pinasph ("pinasph", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the pinasph platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and support services available at pinasph.best.

By registering an account, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise using any part of the pinasph platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If there is any part of these Terms you do not agree with, you must stop using pinasph immediately and close your account.

pinasph reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to pinasph is restricted. You may only register and use the platform if you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold one pinasph account only. Opening more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering with pinasph, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password — confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. pinasph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pinasph are conducted in Philippine pesos (₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100 and the minimum withdrawal is ₱200. pinasph currently supports the following local payment methods:

• GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. pinasph reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. pinasph aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals on the same business day for fully verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider. pinasph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

pinasph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, pinasph may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, or other promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, qualifying games, minimum odds, and expiry dates. General bonus rules at pinasph include:

• Bonuses are available to one member per household, IP address, and device.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your pinasph wallet until wagering requirements are met.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is completed.

6. Game Rules and Betting

By placing a bet or participating in a game at pinasph, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

pinasph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for digital games and works with licensed live dealer providers for live casino products. Sports betting markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body.

• Minimum and maximum stakes apply on all markets and are displayed on each table or betting slip.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless an obvious error has occurred on the part of pinasph.
• Obvious pricing errors (e.g., a price that is clearly inconsistent with the market) may be voided by pinasph at its discretion.

• Exploiting software bugs or system errors to obtain an unfair advantage

• Opening multiple accounts or using false identity information
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through coordinated activity, whether alone or with others
• Making threats, using abusive language, or harassing pinasph staff or other members

pinasph monitors account activity and transaction patterns. Where suspicious behaviour is detected, pinasph reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pinasph platform — including game software, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and data — is the intellectual property of pinasph or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any content from the pinasph platform without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

pinasph provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform available and stable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. pinasph shall not be liable for losses resulting from:

• Platform downtime, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control
• Errors in third-party game software that are outside pinasph's control
• Delays in payment processing by third-party financial institutions
• Decisions made by members based on information displayed on the platform

In no event shall pinasph's total liability to you exceed the amount deposited by you to your pinasph account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy

pinasph collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using pinasph, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pinasph may update these Terms from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice through the platform or by email to your registered address. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of pinasph after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of pinasph shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
